The Commerce Casino & Hotel

I like this hotel because it is conveniently located within the Los Angeles county. I also like the hotel because it has many services within such as restaurants, bars, of course the casino, it has a pool, and it has a wellness center or a massage therapy center where one can take the time to unwind and relax if they want to.

I read the other reviews so I was a bit apprehensive in booking this hotel but it has the two queen-bed rooms which we need because I was with my son and booking 2 rooms at Hilton which was just beside Citadel was too expensive for the purpose of our overnight stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the room is relatively big, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, and 4 bath towels and 4 face towels. The hotel is about half a mile to/from Citadel Outlets which was our objective in going to the area. Not walking distance but near enough that we can go back and forth during the Black Friday shopping season without spending too much time driving. There's a diner and restaurants in the hotel, 24-hour room service, so food is not an issue, whenever you're hungry. There's ample parking spaces as well.

The hotel was amazing, staff was amazing which includes front desk, valet, cleaning service, and room service. Room service was excellent. Most importantly AC was excellent. Had zero issues checking in and checking out.

Hotel was beautiful only stayed a night. Had Valet parking that was already covered in the booking. Staff were quick to help and lovely rooms

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, and the spa services were excellent – super relaxing and professional.
